MINI-STICKS
Mini-Sticks is for the first time lacrosse player, who's in kindergarten or first grade. This program is coed and teaches the fundamentals of lacrosse. At FVLC that starts with ground balls, passing and shooting. Then progresses into creative play designed to enhance your athlete's enjoyment and knowledge of lacrosse.
Practices start as soon as the Fraser sport complex fields thaw out. Usually sometime in mid to late April and go for 6 weeks with 2 practices per week.
